Mortgage Loan Officer
Assistant/Internship If

be adding one paid loan officer assistant. This position offers
compensation as well as
direct work experience within the mortgage and financial services
industry.

What
we do: We consult with clients
individually to review their mortgage, insurance and investment
planning needs.
Carefully evaluating their financial objectives to implementing a
strategy to
purchase that new home, refinance to a lower interest rate, and
establish
equity lines for business or renovation. Also evaluating their needs
for
investment participation and insurance coverage. Our clients are mostly
individuals and small businesses within the local region. ·
What
you would be doing: You would work directly in
soliciting individuals and businesses in establishing appointments for
loan
officers to review their financial needs.
This would be done by implementing and monitoring a
direct mail campaign
as well as using follow-up phone calls to introduce prospective clients
to our
firm. You would
also be in a supportive
capacity to mortgage and market investment seminars as well as
retirement plan
enrollment meetings. ·
What
