Sallah,
HB - President / Owner
John was born and raised in New England. After graduating
from
the University of Maryland in the early 90's and gaining valuable
experience in the financial services arena, he migrated to Harrisonburg
in 2001 where he formed Madison-Mortgages.
He is an avid triathlete and the father of 2 wonderful daughters.
Michael
Walters,
HB - Branch Manager
Michael sought out a change leaving a credential filled career in
law enforcement to pursue his passion for the mortgage business. He
began in 2000 as a certified closing agent for the top leading lenders.
Michael was given the opportunity to join The Madison Group which not
only enhanced, but utilized his knowledge of the mortgage business and
gave him the ability to offer his clientele a straight forward no
gimmick loan.
When Michael isn't providing exclusive mortgage services he owns and
operates Investment Property Management LLC. He lives in Staunton with
his wife Stephanie and his two kids Tyler and Emily.

Wescott,

Brett is a life long Harrisonburg resident and graduate of Harrisonburg
High School. Prior to joining Madison Mortgages, he spent 18 years as a
Environmental Safety Manager for Tyco/AMP Electronics. He is also an
avid sports fan who enjoys playing basketball, however due to his
advanced age, he now watches more than he plays.
Joining an experienced group of lending professional with
Madison Mortgages office in Harrisonburg, allows Brett to specialize in
handling complex lending needs for his clients.
Jennifer
Thompson,
HB - Loan Originator/Loan Processor
A life long Valley resident, Jennifer has over 12 years of
experience in the financial industry. She started with Madison in
January 2003, a couple of months after the company was
founded.
Jennifer is a loan originator, as well as a loan processor.
Processing her own loans allows her to provide excellent customer
service and quick turn times. She specializes in refinances,
purchases, and construction loans. She is honest, reliable
and
efficient and is committed to finding the best mortgage for each
individual client. Jennifer loves to work with people and is
eager to help you meet your financial goals. She currently resides in
Dayton, VA with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Eliza.
Donnie
E. Ritchie ,
HB - Loan Originator
Donnie is a life long resident of Rockingham County. He graduated
from Blue Ridge Community College with a degree in Business Management.
Donnie has over 30 years of banking experience and enjoys working with
his clients in achieving their financial goals.
Donnie is married and has two teenage daughters. He enjoys sports,
camping, and spending time with his family.
Stella
Evans,

Stella was born and raised in Tazwell, Virginia. After graduating
from Emory and Henry College with a degree in Economics and Business
Management she moved to the valley in 1986.
She has enjoyed working in the area in sales and customer service and
looks forward to helping future homeowners make their dreams come true
at Madison Mortgages. Stella specializes in refinancing and helping
homeowners achieve their individual needs.
She resides in Mcgaheysville, Virginia and is the mother of two
adorable sons ages 5 and 6.
Stephanie
Lewis,

Stephanie graduated from James Madison University with degrees in
Finance and International Business. She was born in Pennsylvania, but
has since made Harrisonburg her home. Stephanie has several years of
mortgage experience and she looks forward to helping you with your
mortgage.
Matthew
Cuba,
HB - Loan Originator
Matt currently lives in downtown Harrisonburg where he can be
frequently seen walking to and from many of the local businesses,
especially those serving coffee. His decision to live in the valley
was due mainly to the people he has met here. Their kindness and
consideration creates a very enjoyable environment. It is that kindness
and consideration that Matt seeks to give back to his customers when
helping them purchase or refinance a home.
Matt also enjoys just about any sport or physical activity, soccer and
beach volleyball being at the top of his list.

Presnell,

Russell is originally from Orlando Florida but has resided in
Harrisonburg for the better part of the last twelve years. He graduated
from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in 2000. Fond
of hunting, fishing and travelling, Russell especially likes watching
Florida football and cooking out. He is a proud uncle to two very cute
nieces. Russell has first hand experience in the local market as a home
owner and investment property manager. He will also accept any
challenge to the racquetball court.

Karly was born and raised in Franklin County, Virginia. However,
she has been a resident of Harrisonburg since 2000, while attending
James Madison University with a degree in Early Childhood Education.
Karly joined Madison Mortgages after several years of experience in
sales and customer service. She looks forward to meeting the financial
goals of her clients.
Karly is also a sports enthusiast, enjoys the outdoors, and spending
quality time with her friends and family.
Eric

FV - Vice President/Owner
Eric has over ten years of direct lending experience. He
specializes in purchases and refinances. He also takes great pleasure
in helping his clients solve their financial needs. Eric currently
resides in Augusta County with his wife Tiffany and their two children.
He enjoys hunting and spending time with his family. Let his experience

Ken brings to Madison Mortgages over four years of lending experience.
He is very outgoing and has a vibrant personality. When Ken is not
meeting his clients every need, he is an avid outdoorsmen.
He enjoys hunting, fishing and riding his new motorcycle. Ken resides
in Staunton.

Tina has over 12 years of mortgage experience. She thoroughly
enjoys helping her clients and she is very knowledgeable of the
programs to meet their financial needs.
Tina lives in Augusta County with her husband Timmy and their 2 boys.
In her free time she enjoys watching her children play sports.

Tammy recently joined Madison Mortgages after relocating to the
Valley from Florida. She has more than ten years of experience in
